Most of what’s being marketed in AI development right now is generic, pre-packaged AI tooling that is identical for every customer who signs up. That approach has two critical weaknesses:

• Accuracy and quality suffer. Off-the-shelf systems are tuned to a generic average. They do not learn the specifics of your data — the shape of your sheet, the way your team phrases blockers, the questions your executives actually ask. They are generalized architectures retrofitted to specific use cases, not built for yours.
• No depth of expertise in the underlying tools. Generic vendors wrap an LLM API around a UI. They are not building reliable tool-use agents that query live data sources, validate what they retrieve, and return sourced, auditable answers.
